The earth's resources are being used today as never before in any prior era. And this despite the fact that they are often only available in limited quantities. Sustainability means being economical with resources.

We as the Würth Group are also affected by this in order to remain competitive and not be dependent on the continuously rising prices of raw materials. Here and now, people should not live at the expense of people in other regions of the world and at the expense of future generations. Sustainability affects all areas of our lives and economies and is consequently a task for society as a whole. Global companies, like us as the Würth Group, have a special responsibility in this regard.

Sustainability calls for social development that is ecologically compatible, socially just and economically efficient.
